Congratulations on the Anniversary of the Chairman of the Accreditation Council Sergey Fedorovich Udartsev!

On August 28, 2021, Sergey Fedorovich Udartsev, Chairman of the Accreditation Council of the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance of Education (IQAA), Associate Professor of the Alma-Ata Higher Party School (HPS) (1988-1992), Associate Professor of the KIMEP University, judge of the Constitutional Court of the RK (1992-1995), founder of the legal service of NAC "Kazatomprom", member of the Chamber of Public Experts under the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the RK (2006-2007), member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan (2011), Director of the Research Institute of Legal Policy and Constitutional Legislation of KazGUU (2012), Adviser of the President of KazGUU (2009-2012), member of the Scientific Advisory Board at the Supreme Court of the RK (2013) celebrated his 70th anniversary.

Sergey Fedorovich is also the editor-in-chief of the scientific legal journal "Law and State" (2013), Chairman of the Expert Advisory Council of the Commission on Human Rights under the President of the RK (2016), a member of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Constitutional Council of the RK (2018) and the author of more than 700 published scientific and methodological works.
